Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

We offer various shipping options within Singapore to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Kindly place your orders at least 3 days in advance.
  • Same-Day Delivery: kindly contact us at 9479 0801 for same day delivery orders, based on availability.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

    Shipping Rates

    Domestic Shipping Rates (Singapore)

    • Standard Shipping: SGD 16.50 - SGD 50.00
    • Same-Day Delivery: additional SGD 10.00
    • Before/After operating hours: additional SGD 15.00 - SGD 40

    Order Processing Time

    Orders are processed upon confirmation and shipped on the day of your event. You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp/SMS once your order has been shipped.

    Delivery Issues

    Incorrect Address

    Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at hello@partytheory.sg or +65 9479 0801.

    Lost or Damaged Packages

    If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at +65 9479 0801 within 1 hour of the delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

    Delivery Delays

    While we strive to meet our delivery estimates of 1 - 1.5 hours, please note that there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or slow traffic conditions. We are not responsible for such delays, but we will do our best to keep you informed and assist with any issues.
