Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 1 day of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or personalised items
- Perishable goods (e.g., helium balloons or foil balloons)
- Opened helium tanks
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
Return Process
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at hello@partytheory.sg or WhatsApp us 94790801 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are issued for items that are returned in accordance with our return policy.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Rejection: If the return is rejected due to not meeting the return criteria, we will notify you and provide options for returning the item to you at your cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of approval, please check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be processing delays.

Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 1 hour of receiving the goods at 94790801 to initiate the exchange process.
- For self pick-up orders, kindly ensure your order is correct upon receiving the goods. Once item has been checked and collected, we will no longer be held responsible for the goods.
Exchange Process

- Receive Authorization: Our team will provide instructions for returning the defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
