Shipping Policy

• We provide standard delivery service in Singapore starting from $20 island wide.

• Kindly provide full delivery details and contact number for a smooth delivery experience.

• Our standard delivery time is between 10am - 7pm. However, we understand your party might start earlier or much later. Thus, we are able to provide after hours delivery, subjected to availability!

Same Day Delivery: Additional $10

Eve of Public Holiday*: Additional $10

(For New Year, Chinese New Year and Christmas due to the demand in delivery drivers)

Public Holiday: Additional $10

Delivery to Sentosa/RWS: Additional $10

Delivery to Tuas: Additional $15

​

Delivery between 9.00am - 10am: Additional $15

​

Delivery between 7pm - 9.30pm: Additional $15

​

Delivery between 10pm - 8am: Additional $35

Change of Delivery Location: $10

Redelivery: $20

​

• The balloons will be delivered 1 - 2 hours before your event starts to ensure the balloons last longer.​ We have a 1-1.5 hours delivery slot depending on traffic conditions.

​

• Please ensure someone is around to collect the balloons at the stipulated time. There is a 10 minute grace period. A surcharge of $5.00 will be incurred after 10 minutes of waiting. Re-delivery charges of $20.00 applies after 20 minutes.

​

• Kindly note that we are not able to deliver to hotel rooms, shops in shopping malls, bbq pits at the beach, office units, chalet units due to parking difficulties. Kindly ensure someone is around to collect the balloons from the pick-up/drop-off point or nearest carpark. There is a surcharge of $10 for delivery directly to restaurant or chalet instead of pick-up/drop-off point. This is subjected to parking ease.

• Please ensure the area for delivery is easily accessible and the driver is not required to go up flights of stairs. Kindly ensure someone is around to pick up the balloons from level 1. There is a surcharge of $10 should our delivery personnel be required to go up the flight of stairs

• Kindly check all items upon delivery to ensure no defects. Party Theory will not be held responsible for the items once it has been handed to you in good order.

 

 

Self Pick Up

 

• Self collection is strictly at our location. We are located at 107 Eunos Avenue 3 Storefriendly Centre S(409837). Collection is at Level 6 Lift Lobby.

• Standard collection time:

Monday - Thursday: 10.30am - 5.30pm

Friday - Saturday: 10.30am - 6.30pm

Sunday: 10.30am - 4.30pm

We understand your party might start earlier or much later than the above collection time. Thus, we are able to offer early/late self collect option at a fee, subjected to availability

Please take note of our after hours Self Collection surcharge:

Self-Collection between 8am – 10am: $15

Self-Collection between 7pm – 9.30pm: $15

Self-collection between 10pm – 8am: $35
