• We regret to inform you that we do not provide refunds for cancellation of order. However, you may choose to postpone your order for another event or transfer your order to your friends or families.

• Party Theory allows 1-to-1 exchange or refund for items that are defected in our presence. Do ensure to check your items in our presence upon receiving of items. We are unable to be held responsible once the item/s is handed over to you.
